Record your returns to get a detailed overview of returns and their effects on the profitability of your online shop. When entering returns, you can store the following information and then analyze it:

  • Reason for the return
  • Processing of the return (e.g. "sale as B-goods")
  • Sender country
  • Sender region
  • Distribution channel
  • Subshop (Shopware)
